Registration Process:

All job seekers will be required to submit their resume for consideration, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to come in to register, complete testing and have an in-person interview with a recruitment specialist.

Job seekers can expect to spend a minimum of (1) hour at our office to complete the registration process.

Job seekers will be required to complete the following test http://www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/hs/elearn/worker/index.php
Should you wish to complete prior to coming in to register please bring a copy of your certificate of completion.

You will be required to bring the following documents:

  • Proof of SIN

  • Two (2) pieces of Government issued Photo ID.

  • Any applicable certifications or licenses

  • Copy of Direct Deposit or VOID cheque

  • Drivers are required to supply copy of current abstract and CVOR.

  • Criminal record search


Employee of the Month Awards:

Each month Foremost recognizes one assignment employee to receive our Employee of the Month Award. This award is given based on feedback from our clients on your attendance, punctuality, job performance, positive team attitude and going the extra mile. Once selected the employee will be presented with a certificate and a gift card to thank you for a job well done. Were possible be presented on site at the client location. With your permission your picture will be posted on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages.


Referral Program:

All Foremost employees can participate in our “Refer A Friend or Family Member” program, should they refer a candidate that is selected to work for Foremost and the referred candidate completes a minimum of 40 hours on assignment they will receive a referral bonus.
