Foremost recruitment specialists meet with all potential job seekers for a through screening and selection process to assess their skills and experience. All job seekers must be eligible to work in Canada and must provide the following documentation prior to starting any assignment with our client partners.

  • Provide copies of SIN along with (2) Pieces of Government Issued Photo Identification to confirm their identity.
  • Copies of Work Permits (Where applicable) all expiry dates are monitored to ensure validity.
  • Copies of valid certifications for Forklift licences and other designations, all expiry dates are monitored to ensure validity.
  • Provide a minimum of (1) previous verifiable work related reference.
  • All Foremost candidates are Criminal Record checked prior to starting any assignment with our client partners.

All jobseekers go through an extensive application process that not only provides us with their past experience but also a skills assessment that provides us with further information to ensure that we are assigning them to the appropriate position.

  • WHMIS Awareness
  • Health & Safety at Work – 4 Steps
  • Math and English comprehension tests
  • Forklift job seekers are required to complete a Forklift theory test.
